This policy applies to the Zhuobi Mozi｜Prompt Studio app provided by uLa Studio and its official promotional website.
1. No account required
The app does not require account registration and does not create a server-side user profile.
2. The app does not automatically collect or upload creative content
The current version contains no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDK. Target text, generated prompts, favorites, recent styles, and saved recipes are not automatically sent to uLa Studio servers.
3. Local data
Preferences, workspace state, favorites, recent items, and recipes are primarily stored locally on the device (for example, with UserDefaults / SwiftData). Deleting the app normally removes this local data, although restoration from Apple device or system backups may behave according to Apple’s backup mechanisms.
4. Third-party AI and image services
The app does not generate images directly and does not automatically submit prompts to ChatGPT Image or other services. If you copy, share, or submit a prompt to a third-party service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
5. Apple and the App Store
Downloads, purchases, payments, and certain diagnostics may be processed by Apple and are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
6. Official website
The website should be deployed without advertising-tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default. Hosting providers may still process standard server logs, such as IP address, timestamp, and browser information, for operations and security. If analytics, contact forms, accounts, or other data-collection features are added later, this policy must be updated before they are enabled.
7. Data deletion
There is no uLa Studio cloud account profile to delete. You can remove on-device data by deleting saved content in the app or deleting the app.
8. Changes and contact
